We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for our customers on KinYala.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the item.
Exchange Process:
a. To initiate an exchange, please return the item to our designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of receiving it.
b. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7 days.
c. You will be notified via email when the replacement item is shipped to you.
Note: For exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will be charged.
Refund Process:
a. To initiate a refund within the 30-day return period, please send the item to our designated warehouse.
b. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days.
c. Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 7-15 working days.
d. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
a. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please photograph it and notify us immediately.
b. Send us the photos within the first 3 working days.
c. We will process the replacement promptly and provide it to you free of charge.
Customer Damaged Items:
Please note that we cannot offer compensation or accept returns for items damaged by the customer.
